2) Sprinkle your link a few times

One of the big problems that you will face with email marketing is to get people to actually click on your link. The reason for this is that people need to see the sales page of the product that you are promoting. What I found was that initially when I wrote very long email copy very few people clicked on my link. When I actually repeated it 3 to 4 times I substantially increased my click through rate.

3) Track and test everything

The big secret to succeeding with email marketing is to track and test everything. If people are not opening your email then you need to write better subject lines. If people are not clicking through to your site then you need to format your email better.
