For women picking out panties is a little more complicated than it is for guys picking out underwear. For us guys it is a matter of just picking up a pre-packaged 6 pack or so that have a range of a couple of inches and we are good to go. For women it is more of an exact science as you pretty much need to know your exact size to be sure that they aren’t too tight or too loose. It is no fun being at work and having your panties ride up and rub you in a bad way all day long.

Identity theft is on the rise. It used to be something that we only hear about in the movies. That is no longer the case. Each year thousands of Americans fall prey to identity thieves and those that commit credit fraud. If you still think that there is no chance that it would ever happen to you then you are wrong.
For all you know it may already be happening to you. There are innumerable examples of individuals who were blissfully clueless that they are already victims of credit fraud until it was too late.

But if you’ve decided that an in-person meeting is the best choice, then plan ahead carefully.

Screencast is a digital recording of computer screens, full screens or screen regions and usually comes with an audio narration to describe the on-screen actions. The term screencast dates back to 2004 with an interesting story.
In 2004, a columnist Jon Udell invited readers of his blog to propose names for the emerging genre. In all the suggested terms, Udell selected screencast, which was proposed by both Joseph McDonald and Deeje Cooley. His “Heavy metal umlaut” screencast is a well-known example - which explains how Wikipedia works.
