I wanted to show you how to build muscle fast in as little as 7 minutes. No, I don’t mean 7 minutes to put on all that muscle because that is biologically impossible. What I’m saying is how you can do it in a short 7 minute muscle workout that focuses on the important aspects of building muscle rather than the misinformation most people follow on their day to day routines.
The most important thing you have to get down though, is that your muscle building potential is only as good as your diet. You are what you eat and you build as efficiently as your diet allows. A few important steps to make is cutting out all the unnatural stuff. By this, I mean processed foods. You’ll find all sorts of weird chemicals in these that you probably can’t pronounce. Is it really necessary to have all things going in your body, when you just want to eat “real” food? It’s not worth it. When you go shopping, go around the outside of the store. This is where all the real food is contained. Try it just for a month, without changing a thing and you’ll notice a huge difference in your muscles and in your overall energy.
You workout needs to stimulate muscle growth. I see too many people at the gym that take their time so they can lift big heavy weights. Is that really the way to stimulate the most muscle growth? Intensity puts such a high stress on the body that your body is forced to build muscle fast. That’s the whole key. Intensity.
