According to the the American College of sports Medicine you should do cardio exercices maximum five times a week.
You should do cardio for 20 minutes minimum and maximum one hour.

Tip 2 # Eat often

If you would like to lose stubborn body fat you will have to eat at least five or six meals in a day.
One of the best ways to boost up your metabolism is by eating small meals during the day.
A lot of people are skipping their breakfast however this is a big do not.
Take your breakfast early -around 7.00 pm is fine -
and take your last meal two or three hours before bedtime.

Tip 3 # Do weight training

It would be wrong if I don’t add weight training to my tips.
Weight training is a very deep subjects and there has been written a lot about weight training.
If you follow a diet weight training is the only way to keep your muscles while you’re losing fat.
A lot of people are associating weight training with building muscles this is true but weight
training increase your lean body mass as well.

Tip 4 # Goal setting and motivation

Believe me if you are not motivated and you don’t set goals it will be very difficult to see results.
Most people fail because they don’t write down specific goals
. Write down your goals and get a positive attitude.
Keep in mind that you can’t think yourself tin writing down your goals without doing exercises and changing your eating habits will not help you.

Tip 5 # Diets don’t work.

Extremely low calories that is what almost every conventional diet program has in common.
Most diets are made to lose weight and mostly water weight.
Dieting is far from an must to lose stubborn body fat.
