I’m going to share with you some of my techniques for building muscle tissue. There is one simple underlining philosophy when it comes to building muscle; adapt or die. That comes from Charles Darwin and the idea is you want to put your muscles in a state where they are forced to adapt or they’ll die.
I’m going to share with you a little lesson I learned about building muscle and the length of your workout. Often as people we have counter intuitive instincts when it comes to what is good for our body. Often we follow logic that is completely the opposite of our bodies biology.
I used to think that the length of the workout was really what determined how much muscle I put on. I worked out for 90 minute sessions and never broke a sweat. I would go through my reps, feeling every single burning muscle fiber as I did them slowly. I’d take a standard 2 minute break between sets and I spent a lot of time working out at the gym. My results, were average at best.
Bodybuilding has become a latest trend of fashion in the world. Everybody wants to have a good body as it is considered essential to look good.
