I am an educator with an expertise in fat loss. I have personally had an overeating and overweight challenge my whole life and I am a maniac when it comes to keeping lean. I am also a health nut so I do all things healthfully, including fat loss. I believe in natural foods. My beliefs and practices many might call hard core.

I hesitate to use the word secret, as it is used as a marketing scam in many areas, including fat loss. But I do in fact keep secrets, some things that I will reveal here. These are things I do to keep lean and fit I usually do not talk about. I keep them to myself and advise people to go the more traditional routes.

Well in order to simply get fit and healthy there are a numerous different ways in which you can do it and succeed. Working out how to get a six pack is a different matter. You may be one of these people who have been working relentlessly at crunches for years but to no avail. You don’t understand what could possibly be wrong with you, and you now think that six packs are only achieved through wonder drugs and supplements.

You can learn to skimboard in five easy steps but you’ll need a review of the basics first. One of the important things that are overlooked is attitude. Are you a person who can’t stand criticism? Are you afraid of trying new things? Fear not. Skimboarding is fun, after all, why does everyone like doing it in the first place.

People learn to skimboard because they can have a hobby at the beach that does not cost a lot of money and they get a little exercise. No you don’t have to do push-ups or sit-ups. Yes, you will have to run a little bit (you may want to get some exercise before going to the beach but that is your choice).

MUSICAL EXERCISES -

Put on your favorite music and do some yoga! No need for slow, elevator music. Move to your favorite beat. Or pop on the headphones or earphones and grab your MP3 or cassette player or handheld PC and bike to a nearby park. Too cold or rainy? Then head to a mall or other enclosed area where you can walk. Caution: make sure you are alert while listening to music with headphones or earphones.

Running is addictive. Speak to anyone who is a runs or jogs regularly and you will find that everyone has different motivations. Some run to keep their weight down, or to help them lose weight. Others run because it makes them feel happier and healthier. Some people run because they feel it is good exercise.

Every runner uses these motivations to help them stay on track with their routines. Any physical activity you can stick with is a good one. It just seems that a lot of people run and do so with regularity. Well, the fact is, running has a lot of benefits. Here’s a list of some of the best.

Many people who want to start getting fit think walking is the way to go. Their reasoning? It’s cheap — nothing to buy or join. It’s easy - they already know how to do it. And it’s available - most everyone can find some place to walk. Guess what?

For one thing, she/he may suggest taking some beginning measurements so you can record your progress. Plus they may be able to point out any limitations you should follow.
