Over these past years one matter which has caused me great concern and which I have attempted to address is CORRUPTION.

When driving into Bethlehem leading a Pilgrimage I asked the Arab ‘Palestinian’ driver where all these new luxury houses came from and he replied - “From Gaza money”. And yet, the European Union and other Donor Agencies continue to give Aid in cash to Gaza and West Bank communities - where corruption is excessive - and to other nations too where sums of money appear to disappear!

bHIP Global is a MLM company marketing an energy drink, that will leave a lot of people seeing red in the end. The big promotion during the free prelaunch of 30% off your first purchase was nothing but hype, the compensation plan that they were showing was missing key components and the name bHIP itself lead to people getting involved thinking that they were joining a 7 year old company.

If I have learned anything in these years of working with political campaigns at the local, State and National level, it is that without sufficient capital, all the great ideas in the world will not help.
Unless you are in a position to self-finance, let the fund raising begin.

Do you want to change your focus around money? Would you like empowering language to create a shift? This is pretty radical, so be ready for change!

Do you truly believe you create your reality? I mean really and truly? Then the truth of that is you create everything around you, correct? When you go to a store and “pay” for something, isn’t it something you created to begin with? (See, I told you this is radical). Just read my words and feel your way through them. You may find, if you allow yourself, that it resonates as The Truth.

The current real estate climate is an exciting one. It is because, arguably, more wealth can be created now using less cash than in the past year or two. Many sellers and landlords who wouldn’t even listen to a creative way to do a real estate transaction six months ago are now eager to hear how creative you can be.

Those who have followed my writing and coaching know that I’m a big proponent of a lease/option method of controlling real estate. “Controlling real estate” is the operative word here. Why not control it rather than own it? “But,” you protest, “I thought I had to own real estate to benefit from it.” Not so!

Do you save any money for your future? What do you do with the money you save? Do you stick it in a savings account for safe keeping, or even leave it in your checking account for a rainy day? Investing in your future and the future of your family is very important. This task is often ignored by many adults who expected social security benefits to take care of them after retirement. Now that retirees are learning the hard way how much our social security system has failed them, people need to find other ways of making their money stash grow.

A new home is one of the best purchases that you will make in your life. This could be your piece of history that you can pass down through generations to come. It’s also one of the most challenging as most of us can’t pay for it in cash. We must commit ourselves to paying for it continuously for more than 20 years and if we are not careful with our finances, we could lose our house and we can’t just go out and buy another one. Don’t think that losing your home will not have a long term effect. If it happens, it will cause considerable damage to your home and finances.

Most of us were taught the importance of saving money when we were young. You probably remember your parents or a favourite aunt or uncle urging you to put coins into a piggy bank or a portion of your Christmas and birthday money into a bank savings account.

Sadly, for most of us those lessons were among the first to be left behind as we grew taller and, supposedly, smarter.

Why exactly that happens, no one knows.

Financial literacy is among the most important things we must
learn. So why is it that it is hardly ever taught in schools?
Some courses touch lightly on the subject, but there is no
subject that will show students how to create wealth and manage
their money. Science, history, mathematics, and English are
extremely important to a child’s education. But some might argue
that, as noble as those subjects are, financial literacy should
be valued even more.

You’ve probably seen ads claiming you can make 1000s of dollars taking surveys or ads that claim you can make a living taking online surveys. Unfortunately, it’s not possible. You can only earn a little extra money from taking surveys. Sites that make unrealistic claims about potential paid survey earnings are scams. They typically don’t send paid surveys themselves but have a database of free-to-join paid surveys sites, which you can find in many places for free. The ones that do send surveys send out fake ones designed to collect your information for the purpose of spam. I recommend you use a separate email account when signing up for a paid survey site.
