The job of any column or news paper is not just sales but to affect change and inform people about subjects that affect their future. Keeping readers informed about the constant changes that are needed to make life better. So many problems face our nation today and our government talks around all these problems and nothing ever gets done. Papers need to keep the most important news on front page and keep asking the hard questions this will bring answers instead of promises.

Our country has become the biggest debtor nation in the world. Our country owes about twelve trillion dollars if this is broken down into what each tax payer owes each person would have to pay about forty thousand dollars worth of debt for years just to balance the budget. These are important things for people to be made aware of to stop the spending of all this money our country does not have.

Questions like why is our country twelve trillion dollars in debt and so many people do not have health care or insurance? Why are so many people homeless and hungry in our country. Why is there no college fund for kids who need this knowledge to keep up with today’s ever changing world? Our government is spending three trillion dollars a year of the tax payers money where does all this money go?

I believe that there are so many questions that should be front page in our country to make changes to where our government has to solve and answer these problems. No bill ever gets passed to solve these problems. I think that if our government can spend three trillion dollars a year There should be money to solve some of these long term problems that face our nation.

What is this ear mark stuff where states get money for a certain project and then this project never gets done? How can our government give monies to states and these states do not use the money for what it was planed for? I believe that stories like this need to become daily questions to find answers that the tax payers deserves. There is so much waste of the taxpayers money and there are never and answers.

Write for the people so they know where every single tax dollars are being spent and what for. Money that is spent for a certain project should be used for that project. Tax payer are the country and why are they informed this way? In forming people about so much waste in our government is what tax payer should know about. As a writer there are so many questions that I never have had asked of our government.

Write about issues that are important to the tax payer for answers to know where all this tax money is going. With all the money tax payers are putting out why is the minimum wage so low when the cost of living has gone up three hundred percent over the last thirty years ? The question is not the average salary of the American family. How many poor people are really making forty eight thousand dollars a year? I would like to know how many poor people make forty eight thousand dollars over four years?

When our government puts all the average salaries together it is alot but when you factor in what poor people make that salary becomes not enough to live on. Write about why minimum wage has not gone up as fast as the cost of living has. How can our government expect a person making seven dollars and hour to pay three plus dollars for a gallon of gas? How can a person support a family of four on this seven dollars and hour? How can people pay and average monthly rent of six hundred dollars on this seven dollars and hour. Does our government even know how many hour a person would have to work at seven dollars and hour just to live?

How much life insurance and medical care can one person afford at seven dollars and hours? How can a family of four survive on seven dollars and hour when companies will not let some employees work more then thirty two hours a week? These are questions that need answers for the lower income tax payers. I would like to see some government employee try to live in today’s world on seven dollars and hour. Taxing a person that makes seven dollars and hour makes that money even less to live on.

I have lived in this country for fifty years and I will tell the truth there is no way for a person let alone a family of four can live on this money. I believe that if the cost of living is going to grow by three hundred percent then match this with a better and more affective wage for people to live on.

Does any government employee not have insurance for medical health care? Then why expect the tax payer not to have the same coverage? There are so many questions that need to be answered for the tax payer. Lets start asking the questions and keep asking until there is a answer to the question. I believe these are some of the more important questions that need not only answers but solutions.
